I was born…
in a Chicago suburb. According to Google, it was a very cold morning…

My favorite thing about Arizona…
amazing weather 75% of the time!

I’m listening to…

Kelly Sweet, Girl Radical and Sam Smith (and when I’m with my toddler – “Let It Go” – All. The. Time.)

My family…
is my foundation.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…
Oprah – she and I share a birthday and she’s an iconic woman of our time.

One thing I cannot live without…
my Pure Barre classes!

When I was younger, I wanted to be…
a doctor or a journalist.

I’m inspired by…
young people who are able to overcome major life challenges and succeed – like those in Valley of the Sun United Way’s Destination Graduation program.

The one person who motivates me is…
my child.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
to ensure people have basic life necessities – access to clean water, food, and have a safe place to stay at night.

The perfect day would be…
spending the day at one of the Disney parks – with no lines!

My first job was…
at the mall in a tween clothing store.

My favorite escape…
San Diego with my family.

My life…
is incredibly busy – but I’m grateful for every moment of it.

I’m currently working on…
my first year as a Valley of the Sun United Way board member, representing young professionals to bring positive change to our community in Maricopa County.

Always…
be respectful of people and their situations.

Never…
be afraid to fail – it’s what pushes you forward.

Favorite Quote…
“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them” – Walt Disney

Biggest Dream…
ensuring my child and her peers succeed.

My Pet Peeve(s)…
constant negativity! Everyone has their days – but try to remain positive.
