Our Progress Toward Mighty Change

For almost 100 years, Valley of the Sun United Way has partnered with local communities to co-create solutions to people’s most pressing challenges. We take a comprehensive approach, listening and responding to local needs.

Our MC2026 plan for Mighty Change is designed to help our communities in several key, measurable ways. There are many pathways to reaching these goals, which are highlighted in this report. Those efforts are focused in four main areas: Education, Workforce Development, Health and Housing & Homelessness.

We are pleased to share our progress in working to make our communities stronger. As part of a global network of more than 1,100 United Ways, we help to share innovations and scale impact to improve lives around the world. Together, we’re working towards a future where every person and community can thrive.
