  • Make VSUW a fun and enjoyable place to work.

VSUW has a robust professional development program called L.E.A.D. – Learn. Educate. Advance. Discover. This includes frequent learning opportunities, including monthly lunch and learns and training sessions, covering technical and soft skills.
