Arizona taxpayers can now double their contribution to the Charitable Tax Credit doubling lifting more hardworking individuals and families out of poverty.
Governor Doug Ducey signed SB1216 increasing the Charitable Tax Credit (also known as the Helping the Working Poor Tax Credit) which provides vital support to Arizona’s most vulnerable children and families.
We applaud Governor Ducey, members of the Legislature, and advocacy organizations for their leadership in this important effort.
