More than 200 people participated in the 4th Annual Win United Scavenger Hunt. CityScape in downtown Phoenix was invaded by 50 teams set to compete. Smiles spread as participants enjoyed lawn games, music, photos, and time with icons like the Phoenix Suns Gorilla.
Having Fun GivingWith Instagram accounts and selfie-sticks ready, teams ran around downtown searching for clues and snapping photos getting points for every Instagram post. These teams fundraised before the event, asking family, friends, and other networks to sponsor their team by giving to a cause with Valley of the Sun United Way.
Thank you to our volunteers and Generation United for a successful event and to all our participants, UPS, and ASU sponsors for raising a total of $44,000 to help a child do better in school, provide a meal to someone who might not otherwise eat today, or get a struggling family back on their feet.
