Q. What are you currently working towards in your career?
I am studying for the Chartered Financial Consultant designation, which consists of nine advanced financial planning courses.
Q. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A Ghostbuster
Q. What is the most valuable lesson you have learned during your professional career?
I try to keep an open mind at all times.
Q. How has Generation United benefited you professionally?
Meeting so many great people at events has given me the inspiration and determination to continually progress in my career.
Q. Best vacation ever?
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit Tulum, Mexico, and I have been dreaming about going back ever since I left. Swimming in the cenotes and the white sand beaches really impressed me. I’ll always crave the fish tacos from a little place called “La Zebra”.
Q. What will you be like when you're 75?
Hopefully, I will be as cool as Betty White.
Q. Describe yourself in a single sentence?
Oh wow, you can get bacon and pulled pork on a cheeseburger.
Q. Why do you volunteer and give to United Way?
With great programs like Permanent Supportive Housing and Project Connect, there is no doubt that my time and money is going to a great place. Plus, payroll deductions, make contributing so easy.
Q. What would your fellow GenUers be most surprised to learn about you?
That I can three putt nearly every hole on the golf course.
