Several times a year the Maricopa County leaders in the fight to break the cycle of poverty get together at Valley of the Sun United Way’s Project Connect. At these events, people in our community that are near or experiencing homelessness have access to many resources that can assist with housing, employment, and other services. If this is the first you’re hearing of this event, you should definitely check it out here!
Last year alone, Project Connect had: 10,274+ service connections, 281+ providers/agencies, 2,245+ guests, and 1,611+ volunteers.
