The experience of volunteering is unlike any other. The hundreds of local Vello volunteers get to enjoy this each week by offering students guided reading online tutoring. Some volunteers and students got to meet their Vello buddy in person and enjoy a pizza party and reading together before the winter break!
The kids really do say it best, but we would like to personally thank all our Vello partners for making those smiling faces happen. Change won’t happen alone.
