The key to getting that job you really want is to have a great interview. Part of a great interview is to go in with confidence. Metrotech High School will have an Interview Fair on Thursday, March 30 for their students so they have interview experience as they begin to enter the work force.

Breakfast is a very important meal for everyone, especially children. Getting the right nutrition from the beginning of the day gives kids the step in the right direction they need for heightened attention at school, leading them toward success in school along with many other benefits breakfast provides.

Valley of the Sun United Way with the Arizona Cardinals, Verizon, and EverFi, kicked off Character Playbook this week. Character Playbook is a program designed to educate 7th-9th grade students on important social skills and character development.

Trying to focus when all you can hear is the growl of your stomach can be very challenging. Children trying to make it through the school day until lunch where they get their first, if not their only meal for the day suffer the most. One out of four children in Arizona live in poverty.
