Valley of the Sun United Way has a five-year plan for creating Mighty Change in Maricopa County. We are working alongside nonprofit organizations to achieve seven bold goals. One of those goals is to empower our young adults through education.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added a new route to higher education for our very own team members.

The Mighty Change 2026 (MC2026) plan will guide us over the next five years will give more hope, and prioritize increased access to needed services in Maricopa County. Woven into each of the plan’s strategies is a focus on diversity, equity, access and inclusion.
