Snell & Wilmer ensures Arizona's children succeed.
Snell & Wilmer Charitable Foundation is committed to ensuring children successfully begin their academic careers and get off to a solid start in Kindergarten. Early literacy and school readiness has been a top priority for Snell & Wilmer, which has donated a combined total of $810,000 to United Way’s Read On and School Readiness initiatives since 2010.
United Way appreciates Snell & Wilmer’s ongoing support to ensure Arizona’s children succeed. Recent grant dollars provided nearly 12,000 School Readiness Kits to parents and caregivers to prepare children for Kindergarten and supported three literacy events, impacting more than 65,000 children and families in Maricopa County. Funding also provided developmental screenings for 1,236 children within United Way’s targeted communities.
Snell & Wilmer shared, “Since our inception, we have been committed to community service and leadership. Our attorneys and staff are engaged in a number of community, civic and industry-related activities across the various geographic regions in which we live and work. Each office takes pride in serving our communities by directly supporting local organizations and by supporting the involvement of attorneys and staff in their community activities.”
