Bret Tarver Elementary is planning some exciting designs for their student restrooms, but before they can do that they need a good base coat. The restrooms are ready to be given some color to start their transformation! Volunteers will be painting the restroom walls with the base coat.

Help local students work in the community garden! These gardens offer access to fresh produce that families may not have otherwise and is a space for communities to connect with each other and is a great opportunity for a hands-on education experience for kids.

Valley of the Sun United Way Office (Map)
Bring the family and come spend some time engaging and learning about family philanthropy and how Valley of the Sun United Way is fighting to break the cycle of poverty in our community through fun family activities. We will have an Encouragement Card station for WeekEnd Hunger Backpacks and a Making Choices simulation.
